This Privacy Policy explains what information Showing Route Planner ("we", "us") collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the app you agree to this policy.

Information you provide

• Account information. When you sign in with Google, Apple, or email and password, we receive your email address and basic profile details to create and secure your account.
• App content. The routes, property addresses, client names, notes, and settings you enter are stored so the app can work and sync to your account.
• Profile details. Optional contact information and a headshot photo you add to your professional profile.

Information used on your device

• Location. With your permission, your device location is used to set a starting point and improve route ordering. We do not track your location in the background.
• Camera and photo library. With your permission, a photo you select or capture is used to read addresses from a showing schedule so they can be imported.

How we use information

• To provide core features: creating routes, optimizing the driving order, estimating distance and time, and showing your stops.
• To sync your data to your account so it is available when you sign in.
• To respond to support requests you send us.

Service providers

• Authentication. Sign-in is handled by our authentication provider, which processes your login and account credentials.
• Address scanning. When you scan a photo to import addresses, the image may be sent to a third-party text-recognition service solely to extract the text, and is not retained by us for any other purpose.
• Mapping and navigation. Turn-by-turn directions open in your chosen maps app (Apple Maps, Google Maps, or Waze), which is governed by that provider's own privacy policy.

Data sharing and sale

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising. We share information only with the service providers above as needed to operate the app, or when required by law.

Data retention and deletion

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. You can edit or delete your routes, properties, and profile in the app at any time. To delete your account and associated data, email dylan@inboxplace.com and we will process your request.

Security

Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS) and stored on access-controlled servers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

Children

Showing Route Planner is intended for real estate professionals and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above.
